Refund & Return Policy

At Im The Chozen One, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once we review the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exchanges

Because all products are made to order through our fulfillment partners, we do not offer size exchanges. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was sent

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
